Any orders placed with us are protected by the secure technology of Paypal. We do not store any credit card details as the transactions are carried out by Paypals secure servers.

Returns Policy

Faulty Goods

Should your item prove faulty in anyway please contact us on 05603247878 giving details of the fault and when you purchased your item. You can then be given a returns authorisation code. Please return your goods to us with this number, a copy of your original receipt and your name and contact details. We strongly recommend you adequately insure your item and obtain a free proof of posting from the post office,as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.This is the only way that returns can be processed. Once your item has been inspected by us and are deemed to be faulty we will issue an immediate refund. Your guarantee does not cover mis-use,accidental damage or excessive wear and tear. Your statutory rights are not effected.

Unsuitable Goods

If your purchase is unsuitable you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt. Providing that the item has NOT been used and is in original, undamaged packaging. All items that are returned where they have been used , or packaging is damaged will not be refunded. Please contact us on 05603247878 to arrange a return to us. Items of furniture are exempt from this policy and cannot be returned or cancelled once ordered. Any product that requires assembly cannot be returned under the unsuitable goods policy system once it has been assembled. If goods are returned which have been assembled then a refund will not be made.

If your item has been dispatched we are unable to cancel it and our unsuitable goods return policy will apply.

Once your goods have been received by us we will issue an immediate refund. Your statutory rights are not effected.
