Delivery and Shipping
Orders can be placed via our website, this service is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
We can supply any mainland address, but if you live in Scotland, Highlands or Islands we will have to quote individually for shipping costs. Please contact us via email.
Mainland UK Postage Charges:
- Up to the value of £19.99 postage is £2.95
- Up to the value of £49.99 postage is £4.95
- Up to the value of £99.99 postage is £9.99
- Over £100 FREE DELIVERY
We aim to get your order to you within 5 working days. If any problems arise with your order you will be contacted by telephone or email .Please ensure both are given when checking out You will also be informed when you order has been dispatched. Depending on the size/weight/value of your order it will be dispatched by our courier company or Royal Mail, Recorded or 1st class services. Please note that Royal Mail 1st class can take up to 15 days to arrive please leave this amount of time before contacting us. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or our courier company, this is out of our control.
If no one is at home when our courier attempt to deliver they will usually attempt to deliver to a neighbour and leave your parcel with them, as a signature is required. If you do not want them to do this please advise us when ordering. If our couriers are unable to obtain a signature upon delivery from your address, or a neighbour, and they do not hear from you within 2 working days of their attempted delivery, they may return the parcel to us as undeliverable. If you still wish to have your purchase you will be charged another delivery fee. If you no longer want your purchase after it has been returned to us we will deduct the delivery charge from your refund.
Split Deliveries
Please note in some cases your orders maybe sent in more than one delivery and separate days. You will be advised by email if this happens.
